Marquette – A special, one time performance of the multi-award winning touring children’s theater company, Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia, will be presented on Friday, February 28 at 6:30 p.m. in the Forest Roberts Theatre at NMU.
Best known for unique stage adaptations of children’s beloved literary classics, Mermaid Theatre’s innovative puppetry, striking scenic effects, evocative
original music and gentle storytelling will offer three delightful stage adaptations of Leo Lionni’s “Frederick,” “Swimmy” and “Inch by Inch.”
Tickets are available at the Peter White Public Library circulation desk or by calling 228-9510. Advance purchase tickets cost $5 and tickets purchased at the door are $10.
