Negaunee – In honor of Armed Forces Day and all veterans, the Upper Peninsula Luge Club will offer free trial sliding on Sunday, February 9 from 1 to 5 p.m. at Lucy Hill Luge Run, 230 East County Road in Negaunee.
Wounded Warriors are encouraged to attend. In addition, family members will be offered a 50% discount. Coaching, equipment, hot chocolate and a roaring bonfire will be provided. Dress warm. For more information, call 361-4843.
