Hancock – Join the fun in the annual Barnelopet, a cross country ski event for children ages 3 to 17, will be held on Sunday, February 9 beginning with registration at 1 p.m. in the Four Seasons Chalet in Hancock. Skiing will begin at 2 p.m. on the Hancock Ski Trails.
There will be prizes awarded and snacks. The event is sponsored by the Sons on Norway, the city of Hancock.
A suggested donation of $3 per child or $5 per family is asked to help defray the cost of the event.
