Ishpeming – The Ishpeming Ski Club will host the 127th Annual Suicide Bowl International Ski Jumping Tournament on Wednesday, February 5, beginning with trial rounds at 6 p.m. at Suicide Hill Ski Bowl in Ishpeming.
Admission buttons will be $10 in advance and $15 at the gate. Children 12 and under will be admitted free.
Advance buttons are on sale in Ishpeming at Ishpeming/GIN Chamber of Commerce, Wilderness Sports, U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame, Elaine’s Place, Jasper Ridge Brewery, Jubilee Foods, Congress Pizza, and Bucks Restaurant. Get tickets in Negaunee at Negaunee/Super One Foods and Midtown Bakery. Tickets are available in Marquette at the Sports Rack and Down Wind Sports.
Spectators can keep warm by the bon fire as international and U.S. ski jumpers compete in the U.S. Cup Ski Jumping Series. Fireworks will be presented at the end of the event.
