The Marquette American Legion Hockey team will host its’ annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser January 3, 2014 at the Marquette American Legion Post #44 located at 700 W. Bluff Street, Marquette from 5 to 8 pm. There will be a full Spaghetti dinner put on by the players at the cost of $5.00 per ticket. There will also be numerous raffle drawings.
All proceeds from this years’ dinner will be donated to the family of a teammate dealing with the devastating effects of cancer. This dedicated mother of three is battling courageously and the family is facing many challenges including large medical expenses. Tickets are available at Perani’s Hockey World, Superior Hockey, Range Bank Marquette, Northern Awning and Window, Eagle Radio and through the Marquette Legion Hockey team. Tickets will also be available at the door the night of the event.
Donations can be made at the Upper Peninsula Catholic Credit Union to the Amy’s Benefit account.T
