Marquette, MI – A workshop led by Kevin-Thew Forrester at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 201 E. Ridge, to explore the basics and benefits of a practice of meditation. Kevin will provide an opportunity for questions, discuss obstacles and how to deal with them and offer basic resources. Participants will also experience a short meditation session.
