Rosalie G. Riegle, author and activist, will speak on Sunday, September 29 from 3:00-4:00 p.m. in the Peter White Public Library Shiras Room.
Riegle is The author of two books on the Catholic Worker movement, “Voices from the Catholic Worker” and “Dorothy Day: Portraits by Those Who Knew Her,” and two new books, “Doing Time for Peace: Resistance, Family, and Community” and “Crossing the Line: Nonviolent Resisters Speak Out for Peace.” Riegle cofounded two Catholic Worker houses in Saginaw, Michigan.
Copies of Riegle’s new books will be available for sale and autographing.
