Hancock – Portage Health's Healthy For Life Class will be offered on Tuesday, February 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Portage Health Conference Center, 500 Campus Drive in Hancock.
Healthcare professionals will teach participants how to make smart food choices, achieve and maintain a healthy weight, get moving with exercises anyone can do and how to lower blood glucose levels, blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
