Marquette – The Party for a Cure, an event to raise money to fight blood cancers, will be held on Saturday, August 3 from 3 to 9 p.m. at Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette.
There will be live music by Circle of Willis and Everything Under the Sun, as well as a buffet dinner including beer and wine, from 5 to 7 p.m. Tickets are $50 each. There will be a number of fund-raising activities during the event with the proceeds to go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
