Escanaba – A fundraiser flyball tournament for the Eva Burrell Animal Shelter and Delta Animal Shelter be held Saturday, July 20 and and Sunday, July 21 in the Miracle of Life Building at the U.P. State Fairgrounds in Escanaba.
Three teams from United Flyball League International will be participating. Flyball is a fast-paced relay racing sport with teams of four dogs competing side by side to race over hurdles, step on a spring-loaded box that shoots out a tennis ball which the dogs retrieve “on the fly” and return to their handlers.
