Marquette – Readers Theater will meet for a reading of Moliere’s “Tartuffe” on Thursday, July 18 at 7 p.m. in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library. The play sharply satirizes blind hypocrisy, religious piety, and deceit in irreverent rhymed verse.
Readers Theater is a group of adults, who are interested in drama and are willing and able to read a scripted role. They meet on the third Thursday of each month to read plays for enjoyment. New readers are always welcome.
