Marquette – The 1st Annual Support Our Soldiers Car Wash and barbecue will be held on Saturday, July 6 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Superior Car Care and Wash, 1201 W. Washington Street in Marquette.
Volunteers will be washing cars, there will be a delicious barbecue and Superior Car Car and Wash will be donating $10 per oil change to the event. Proceeds from the event will bedistributed equally between the Upper Peninsula’s two military units, the 652nd Engineer and Multi-role Bridge Company out of Harvey and the 107th Engineer Battalion out of Ishpeming.
