Marquette – The City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center’s Concert Series welcomes Desire: Poetry, Music and Dance on Thursday, June 6, at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Carrie Biolo will be joined by performer and published poet, Beverly Matherne, dancer and performance artist, Maria Formolo, and dancer, Clara Biolo Thompson. Matherne will perform her original Cajun blues poetry in French and English set to original percussion music by Biolo, with captivating dance choreographed by NMU dance instructor Maria Formolo.
