Marquette – A benefit golf outing to benefit the Superior Health Foundation and the Superior Alliance For Independent Living will be held on Friday, June 7 at the Marquette Golf Club.
Proceeds from the four-person scramble event will be evenly divided between the two non-profit organizations. SAIL will use money raised to purchase kayaks and adaptive seats to enable people with disabilities from all across the Upper Peninsula the opportunity to take to the open water and enjoy the thrill of kayaking.
The golf outing, sponsored by Frei Chevrolet, is open to 18 teams. The cost is $85 per player. The cost includes 18 holes of golf and a cart, a goody bag, dinner and eligibility to win many fine prizes.
