Marquette – The City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center’s first Thursday Concert Series will present Gretchen McKenzie on Thursday, May 2, at 7 p.m., in the Peter White Public Library’s Community Room.
McKenzie will perform original songs on ukulele and bass and will be releasing her first album, “Common Snense.” Her sound is characterized by a dark folk feel, along with an undercurrent of soul.
