Marquette – The Viridian quartet will present a free concert on Sunday, February 15 at 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Marquette.
Music will include Haydn's Sunrise Quartet, Op. 76 and Beethoven's Serioso Quartet, Op. 95.
Danielle Simandl of Marquette, Katie Ekberg, Sarah Bellmore and Maxwell Hero formed the quartet in 2007 at Lawrence University. They won the Neale-Silva Young Artists Competition and performed Shostakovich's Quartet No. 8 on Wisconsin Public Radio last April.
