The Marquette-Alger Reading Council is collecting books for children, families, and the elderly from now until Fri., December 9. Drop-off boxes are located at local elementary schools and libraries. Agencies and facilities which receive the books include Jacobetti Veterans Facility, the Pediatrics Ward at MGH, Beacon House, and Child & Family Services. Gifts of money are also accepted.
