Marquette – Jeff Guilfoyle, president of the Citizens Research Council of Michigan, will offer a symposium on trends and opportunities related to the state’s economy and fiscal year 2014 budget proposals on Thursday, March 21 at 3 p.m. in Reynolds Recital Hall at Northern Michigan University.
