Marquette – The South Marquette Walking Tour will be held on Saturday, September 11 beginning at 1 p.m. at Mares-Z-Doats on Division Street in Marquette.
Find out about one of Marquette’s oldest neighborhoods as local historian Jim Koski leads a walking tour through south Marquette, sharing the history of the area and telling the stories of the immigrant families who made south Marquette home. The walk will be going up and down several fairly steep hills.
There is a $5 suggested donation to support future museum programming. For more information, call the Museum at 226-3571.
