Marquette – A Junior Roller Derby interest meeting will be held on Thursday, March 78 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Graveraet School in Marquette.
Representatives from Marquette’s Dead River Derby women’s derby league will host the event and provide youths and parents with information on the sport, forming a league, insurance, training and more.
Attendees are asked to use the Ohio Street entrance, take the stairs to the second floor and follow the signs to the board room on the right.
Junior Derby is composed of female skaters ages 7 to 17. Skating experience is not required to join.
