Gladstone – A concealed weapons training class will be held on Saturday, September 6 at 9 a.m. in Gladstone.
The class, sponsored by the Delta College Criminal Justice Program, is state approved and satisfies the training requirement under Michigan's new CCW law. The class will be taught by an experienced police firearms instructor.
The course will cover CCW law, rules regarding the use of deadly force, survival tactics, firearms safety and marksmanship.
Participants should bring their pistol, 150 rounds of ammunition, ear and eye protection and be ready for the weather. Cost for the class is $110 and will be completed in one day.
