Hancock – Portage Health will offer “Truth About Carbs” as part of the Healthy Cooking Series, on Tuesday, September 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. at 500 Campus Drive in Hancock.
Learn how to boost your diet. The class will feature cooking demonstrations and free recipes. A light meal is included.
