Houghton – The Portage Labor Day Bridge Walk will take place on Monday, September 1 beginning with registration at 8 a.m. at the pavilion at Kestner Waterfront Park in Houghton.
The walk will be approximately 5 miles beginning at 9 a.m. at the park in Houghton, over the bridge into Hancock, back over the bridge, to MTU, and ending at the Kestner Waterfront Park.
Walkers will be registered to win prizes. The event is free.
