Warm Up With A Winter Hike in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan

Hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski through the snow and learn about nature while getting a hearty workout. Many of our state parks are hosting events to help you get started; in most cases, you can even borrow a pair of snowshoes if you don’t have your own! Hikes vary in duration, some are guided by a naturalist, and most are free with a Recreation Passport.
