Escanaba – The Alzheimer's Association of the Greater Michigan Chapter of the Upper Peninsula Region will be hosting Memory Walk 2008 for Alzheimer's Disease on Saturday, August 23 beginning with registration at 11 a.m. and the walk begins at noon.
In addition to the walk, there will also be a petting zoo, face painting, temporary tattoos, and a bounce house.
Following the walk, a picnic lunch will be hosted at the Civic Center. For more information, call Perspectives Adult Care Center, 789-2886.
