Marquette – The Marquette Rotary West will sponsor its annual Seafood Fest Thursday, August 21 through Saturday, August 23 in Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette.
Hours are 4 to 10 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and from noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday.
The festival menu includes shrimp, mussels, crab legs, smoked fish, chowder, scallops and more. Non-seafood items will be available as well as sodas, beer and wine.
Music will be provided by Terracotta Half-Life, Combo Caliente, Chris and Paul, Flat Broke Blues Band, Hudson Granite, Evergreen 7, The Slamtones, The Jeremy Rowe Band, Juke Box 4-play, Grass Monkey and Chasin' Steel.
A classic car show sponsored by the Lake Superior Corvette Club will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Proceeds from the event will go to Rotary West and United Way.
