Ishpeming – The Ishpeming Area Historical Society will meet on Wednesday, October 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the Cliffs Shaft Museum, 501 Euclid Street, Ishpeming.
There will be a short business meeting, followed by a presentation by Paddy Palomaki, who has done extensive research on Fredrick Braastad and the historic Braastad home on Cleveland Avenue.
Members and their guests are welcome. Light refreshments will be offered, as well as free tours of the museum.
