Marquette – The musical “1776” will be presented Wednesday, October 10 through Saturday, October 13 at 7:30 p.m. each evening at the Forest Roberts Theatre at NMU. A matinee performance will also be offered on Saturday, October 13 at 1 p.m.
Based on a book by Peter Stone, with music and lyrics by Sherman Edwards, the musical tells about the summer of 1776 as our nation is ready to declare independence.
