MARQUETTE, Mich. — The Northern Michigan University Regional Police Academy will host informational meetings for prospective recruits at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, and Wednesday, Oct. 10, in room 132 of the NMU Jacobetti Center. Individuals can attend either session.
Topic areas will include Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) requirements to enter the academy, NMU entrance requirements, an overview of the academy and a questions-and-answer period.
