Curtis – The 4th Annual Midwest Sled Dog Symposium and Teachers Conference will offer panel discussions on Saturday, September 29 at 8:30 a.m. and at 4:30 p.m. at the Erickson Center for the Arts in Curtis.
The panel will feature Lance Mackey, a four time Iditarod and Yukon Quest champion who won his titles after surviving a battle with throat cancer.
Other presenters will include mushers, gear makers, veterinarians, and past and future Iditarod Teacher on the Trail participants.
