Negaunee – The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter’s “Calls for Critters” phone-a-thon will begin on Monday, October 1 and run through Tuesday, October 30.
Shelter supporters will be calling to ask for donations to help carry on shelter operations. Calls will be going out from 3 to 8:30 p.m. Pledges can also be called into the shelter at 475-6661.
