Negaunee – The 7th Annual Regatta of the Upper Peninsula Community Rowing Club will be held on Sunday, September 16 from 8 a.m. to noon on Teal Lake in Negaunee.
High school, college and community-level teams will compete in 8 person and 4 person sweep rowing. An individual sculling event will also be held. Northern Michigan University and Michigan Tech University will participate in their traditional first of the season race.
Registration, staging and other activities will be located at the Lakeview School in Negaunee. Admission is free.
