Houghton – Union Buffet at Michigan Tech University will celebrate Black History Month with a special buffet on Tuesday, February 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The menu includes African Peanut Soup, Baked Cheese Grits, Ham, Jambalaya, Blacked Eyed Peas Succotash and Gingercake.
