Marquette – Collars for a Cause Pet Adoption Fair will be held on Wednesday, August 22 from 2 to 7 p.m. at Fox Marquette on U.S. 41 in Marquette Township.
All adoption fees will be paid by Fox Marquette. There will be many pets on site, as well as pets at the shelter and in foster homes. If a pet is chosen that is not on site at Fox, adopters will be given a voucher to be honored at the Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter. You must go to Fox first to receive your voucher.
There will be opportunities to win prizes and receive commemorative gifts in exchange for donations to UPAWS during the Adoption Fair. For more information, call 475-6661 or visit www.upaws.org.
