Marquette – An Antiques Appraisal Fair to benefit the Peter White Public Library will be held on Saturday, September 8 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Community Room of the library.
Find out how much that treasure in the attic is worth. Verbal item appraisals will be provided for advance ticket holders by Mark F. Moran who has been active as an appraiser of antiques and fine art for more than 20 years. Spectators are welcome to attend and enjoy the action.
Tickets for a scheduled appraisal time are available now from the librarys circulation desk on the main floor for $15 per item. There is a limited number of tickets available for the day with a maximum purchase of 3 tickets per person. Tickets can also be reserved by calling 228-9510 with a valid credit card. Proceeds will benefit the Peter White Public Library.
