Ishpeming – The Ishpeming Rock and Mineral Club will offer a free class in beginning rock and mineral collection and identification on Sunday, July 29 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Cliffs Shaft Mine Museum in Ishpeming.
The class is open to all rock hounds ages 8 and up. Pre-register by calling 225-0408.
