Marquette – Join Dr. Bob and Peggy Lorinser as they recount their experience of living and working in Pakistan on Monday, July 30 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Dr. Lorinser is a Regional Medical Officer with the US State Department Foreign Service and was assigned to Pakistan from May 2011 through June 2012. The Lorinser’s will offer observations and insights on working for the State Department in a region fraught with instability. The presentation will include a photographic journey with stunning portraits of the people they met and the geographic region traveled, from urban centers to villages in the Himalayas.
