Gwinn – The K.I. Sawyer Heritage Air Museum will have a U.P. Book Tour event, hosted by author and book tour director Ron Riekki, on Saturday, June 23 at 8 p.m. at 402 3rd Street, K.I. Sawyer.
Featured writers for the evening include Sue Harrison, Laura Kasischke, Catie Rosemurgy, and Eric Torgersen, with author Ron Riekki serving as the event moderator. The published works of these authors include novels, poetry, and screenplays. A book sale and signing opportunity will follow the presentation/panel discussion.
The 2012 U.P. Book Tour is the subject of an upcoming documentary film under Riekki’s direction, and will be held across the Upper Peninsula through July 7, with over 40 Michigan authors participating.
