Marquette – Join the new Dead River Derby League for “Talk Derby to Me,” an informational and registration gathering on Sunday, June 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Olson Arena at Lakeview Arena in Marquette.
Talk with the league members, learn the concepts of the sport, get involved and sign up for membership. Acquaint yourself with the basics of roller derby by watching a derby demo. Demonstrations are scheduled for 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Whatever your level of skill or involvement, Dead River Derby wants to see you at this exciting event. Stop by, chat with other fans, enjoy some refreshments, and get your derby on.
