Ishpeming – The 3rd Annual Light U.P. the Night Disc Golf Tourney will be held on Friday, October 14 beginning with registration at 6 p.m. at Al Quaal Recreation Area in Ishpeming.
A mandatory players’ meeting will be held at 6:45 and golf will begin at 7 p.m. Glow bracelets and tape will be provided. Players are welcome to provide their own glow arrangements. Only discs that are illuminated will be allowed to be thrown.
Cost for the tourney is $10 for the open division, and $5 for the beginner and women’s division. Proceeds will go to the Marquette County Disc Golf Association to support disc golf in the area.
