Escanaba – Balloons on the Bays and Pioneer Days will kick off on Tuesday, June 24 at dusk with a Balloon Glow in Van Cleve Park in Gladstone.
On Wednesday, June 25, there will be glowing balloons and music by the City Band in Escanaba's Ludington Park.
A variety of family activities are scheduled Thursday through Saturday, June 26 through 28 at the U.P. State Fair Grounds, including morning and evening tethered balloon rides, evening balloon glows, live music and food in various locations around the grounds.Tickets are $5 per person or $15 per family and good the entire weekend. Tethered balloon ride tickets are $15, weather permitting.
