Ishpeming – The 19th Annual Firecracker 5k Fun Race and 1 mile walk will be held on Friday, July 4 at 8:45 a.m. at the Al Quaal Recreation Area in Ishpeming.
There will be awards for the first three places in all classes, as well as a goodie table.
Registration fee is $5 prior to June 23 and $10 for those who register from 7:15 to to 8:30 a.m. on race day.
Entry forms are available in Ishpeming at Curves, the Cliffs Shaft Mine Museum and at the Chamber of Commerce, located in the Ishpeming Ski Hall of Fame Museum.
