Hancock – A Healthy for Life class will be offered on Tuesday, December 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Portage Health Conference Room, 500 Campus Drive in Hancock.
Healthcare professionals will teach you how to make smart food choices, achieve and maintain a healthy weight, get moving with exercises, lower your blood glucose levels, blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
