Pikkujoulu Dec. 14

Marquette – The League of Finnish-American Societies U.P. Chapter will sponsor a Pikkujoulu or Little Christmas celebration on Sunday, December 14 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Masonic Center in downtown Marquette.

The festivities will start with a traditional Finnish holiday dinner, followed by a program about Finland's 90th Independence Day celebration.

Pasi Lautala and the Pasi Cats will perform a variety of dance music. There will be a bake sale, door prizes and a 50/50 raffle.

Tickets are $12 for the dinner, program and dance, $5 for the dance only, and will be sold at the door. The event is free for children.
