Marquette – Local author John Smolens will read and discuss his newest novel “The Schoolmaster’s Daughter” on Tuesday, January 17 at 7 p.m. in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library.
A book sale and signing will follow the presentation. Smolens is a professor of English and director of the Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Northern Michigan University.
