Calendar – Education – Boater Safety Course Begins – Jan. 19

Marquette – A 13 week Boating Skills and Seamanship course will be offered by the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary on Thursdays, beginning on January 19 at 7 p.m. at the Superior Dome.

The cost of $30 covers all course materials. Additional family members can attend the class for $5 each. The course is geared for boaters age 10 and older of all experience levels.

This course is geared for boaters age 10 and older of all experience levels, and will be taught by qualified members of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. There will be an exam at the end of the class. Certificates of achievement will be awarded.
