Marquette – November is Native American Heritage Month and several related events are planned at Northern Michigan University.
The NMU International Performing Arts Series will host a music workshop with guest artist Digging Roots on Friday, November 11 at 10 a.m. in Reynolds Recital Hall.
A Digging Roots-Anishinaabeg Blues concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. at Peterson Auditorium in Ishpeming. Tickets are available at all NMU EZ Ticket outlets. Prices are: students, $5 advance, $6 door; NMU employees/seniors 60+, $13/$15; general public, $18/$20.
