Ishpeming – The Friends of the Carnegie Public Library in Ishpeming will sponsor a used book sale on Saturday, October 8 from 10 a.m. to noon in the Margaret Dundon Reading Room of the library.
A large selection of books will be offered at 25 cents for paperbacks and 50 cents for hardcovers.
Anyone wishing to donate books for the sales may do so at any time during regular library hours.
Fiction, nonfiction and children’s books are needed. Those making donations are asked to check with a librarian when bringing in used books, as certain items are not accepted.
