Iahpeming – The NICE Community School District will host a benefit concert for their music department entitled “Keep the Music Alive” on Saturday, October 8 at 6 p.m. in the Westwood High School Gymnasium.
The concert will feature local bands in the “Wednesday Night Music Group” which were featured in the August issue of Marquette Monthly.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students under the age of 18. Ticket outlets are at the following Ishpeming locations: Westwood HS Principal’s Office, Aspen Ridge School Principal’s Office, Elaine’s Place and Catering, and Congress Pizza. Tickets will also be available at the door.
