Marquette – As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Marquette General Cancer Center will hold a free breast cancer screening on Tuesday, October 14, from 10 a.m.to 2 p.m. in the Specialty Clinic at Marquette General Hospital.
Women will be seen in 30-minute appointments by either an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Breast Care Coordinator.
A breast health history will be taken and personalized breast self-exam instruction will be offered.
The breast cancer screening is free of charge and appointments are required. For more information, or to schedule an appointment, please call the Marquette General Cancer Center at 225-3500.
